The energy of Yù spills from the bar, the gateway to expertly crafted Asian-inspired cocktails, curated music and charged moments. Live sounds, deep tribal rhythms and curated Asian tones pulse through the space, echoing the cultural collisions of the era. ‘Yù’, meaning jade, hints at something rare and precious, setting the stage for the journey ahead.

 

Hidden from view, lies ‘Mì’, meaning discreet, a restaurant revealed only to those who step further inside. Here, authentic Cantonese and Sichuan flavours anchor an experience that is confident, contemporary, and full of flair. Inspired by Hong Kong’s storied speakeasies and supper clubs, Mì channels the duality of the era: elegant yet electric, polished yet playful.

 

Perched on the 36th floor, the restaurant offers sweeping city views, with two distinct dining experiences that reflect the contrasts of 1960s Hong Kong. One side is intimate and refined; the other vibrant and social, wrapped around the drama of an open kitchen.

Kids Policy:
Bar: Only guests aged 21 and above. 
Restaurant: All ages are welcome until 8pm. After 8pm, only guests aged 12 and above are permitted.

 

Dress Code:
Smart casual attire is encouraged. Our atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, and we invite guests to dress accordingly.
We kindly ask that shorts of any length, singlets, bathrobes, flip-flops, and gentlemen’s sandals be avoided.

Continue inward and the mood shifts as Mì reveals itself, an intimate dining room inspired by the era’s discreet supper clubs, where elegant design, warm lighting and sweeping 36th‑floor views create a sense of cinematic escape. Purposefully layered and architecturally expressive, the venue captures both the mystery and magnetism of the time.

The culinary philosophy at Yù & Mì is driven by the interplay of two regional powers, the bold heat of Sichuan and the refined craftsmanship of Cantonese cuisine. Led by Chef Yang, whose roots shape the restaurant’s assertive, spice‑driven signatures, and Chef Jade, celebrated for her delicate dim sum technique, the menu bridges authenticity with modern expression. From expressive seafood plates and intricate small dishes to theatrical centrepieces like the signature Peking Duck, each creation embodies cultural depth, precise technique and a confident contemporary edge, a reflection of Hong Kong’s rich duality.
